Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges 

Our return policy lasts for 14 days after purchase. Refunds or exchanges are only processed as soon we receive the item back in its original form and has been un-used  and is in its exact original condition. If the lace has been cut on wigs then unfortunately we cannot accept a refund or exchange. With the nature of our business and for the health and safety for our customers we DO NOT accept returns for products like bonnets, lashes or melt bands as there is no way to tell if the product has been used.

If we receive a product not in its original form we reserve the right to reject the refund/return.

In order to process your refund we will require a proof of purchase including your order number please email us this information.
